WHY I DO WHAT I DO.

I have always been a nostalgic type of person. I look back at my childhood and am grateful for being the friend who always had a camera in hand. Looking at photos and making scrapbooks was one of my favorite past times as a kid. However, I never really gave thought to it becoming my career. After pursuing a life as an accountant, I began to question what is was that I was truly passionate about. The answer was always love & family. There was no doubt in my mind that photojournalism was what I was made to do. I have such a deep love for it, while it has kept me close with those no longer with me and has constantly reminded me who I am and where I've come from. I love sharing my story and my passion with others so that they too can look back at their happiest and most monumental days to find joy and inspiration. I hope that I can help tell your story and capture moments you will look at for the rest of your life. These moments are the moments that make you - YOU.
